Four days ago we landed in Sri Lanka (Colombo) at 11 pm.That night we went in a taxi to the hotel and there was a festival on, was so much lights and music.The next day we went to a Buddhist temple and i went on my first Tuk Tuk(Tuk Tuk's are these little cars on three wheels it is very small so everyone has to squish in the car) and a chaotic market.
On our 2nd day we went to the international museum of Sri Lanka in that museum there was a lot of ancient statues and paintings and monuments.That night we went to a festival and we looked in the aquarium and i had my first hopper (pancake bowl.)After dinner we went to the lights in the festival and it was a beautiful sight.
The next day we went on a two hour train journey (the train was very rocky and noisy in the trian there is no door and the windows were open so you could hang out!) after the train journey we went on a Tuk Tuk's to the hotel. In sri lanka there are alot of stray dogs,puppies,cats,rabbits and cows.
